All hair must be washed, clean, blowdried and free of any heavy products, e.g. oils and leave in conditioners.

 Extensions must be dropped off 2 days prior to your appointement date.

 I reccomend Pre-Stretched Ultra-braid Xpression for all Braided styles and Freetress/Cherish Water Wave hair for locs and twist styles.

 For all bookings a £10 deposit is required to confirm appointment.

 If you wish to cancel your appointment, it must be done 24 hours prior. If you fail to do so, you will not recieve your deposit back.

 You are able to reschedule your appointment to a different date.

 A late fee of £10 will be charged if you are 15 minutes late. If you are 30 minutes later or more then your appointement will be cancelled.

 Any lateness must be informed of prior to the appointment.

 After the booking has been confirmed, bank details will be sent to the customer to pay the rest of their fee (original price with the deposit substracted).

 Payment is required by the end of the hairstyling service.
